People of all ages (unlike the elderly population of Florida), sunny early mornings, sunny afternoons, by the water, drinking fountains everywhere, friendly people, a bell tower that plays on evenings, diversity (unlike Canada) and culture, Oregon-based stores and restaurants dominating over the area (not vice-versa), the Columbia River, clean streets,...wow.
